How To Order

Place your order online

Browse through our wide range of linen and place your order online. You will have the option to choose your delivery and collection dates at checkout, as well as notify us of any other delivery requirements you may have.

Our online calculator will work out all of the charges for your order and you will see an instant quotation on screen.

Once you are happy with your choice, you can submit your order and you will be directed through the payment process.

 

Receive your delivery

Look out for the big blue box!

Your order will arrive on the date that you have selected via our chosen courier.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and in the unlikely event you have any concerns about your order, be sure to contact us so we can put it right for you straight away.

 

Enjoy your event

Our linen is ready to use fresh out of the box so you can focus on your event.

 

Linen care

Once you have finished with your linen, it is important that you air out all of the linen and remove any debris that may have been left over from your event. This will reduce the risk of damage during transit back to us.

You do not have to fully clean the linen as this is all part of our service.

 

Preparing for collection

Once your used linen is dry and free from debris, you can repack the linen in the plastic bags and box your order was originally delivered in.

Seal the box using strong parcel tape and fix the return label provided to the top of the box so that it is clearly visible.

 

Courier Collection

A courier will return to pick up your order on your chosen collection day and bring the linen back to us.

If there are any changes to your collection, for instance you will need to leave it in a safe place, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can notify the courier.

 

 

To hire linen use the top navigation, search bars, and filter systems to find the products you are looking for, enter the quantities you require, and proceed through to our shopping basket. 

Register online before you send an order or quote through. Our checkout will calculate all applicable charges and you can then submit an order or a quote.  If you are a cash customer placing an order you will be directed to our payment gateway to process your payment. Account customer orders will be processed in the normal way.

 

Status of your Quote/Order

"Pending Quote/Order"

Once orders and quotes are submitted they are pending until we process them. You will see their status in "Order/Quote" history. 

"Quote/Awaiting Delivery"

Once processed instead of showing as "Pending Quote" it will show as "Quote", or in case of an order it will change from "Pending Order" to "Awaiting Delivery".  Only when processed will you be able to see the full details of your Quote or Order. 

"On Hire"

When your goods have been delivered (Allens deliver and collect) or collected (Customer collect and return) they will show as "On Hire".  Your invoice will show in your invoice history on the day of delivery. 

"Completed"

Orders will show "completed" only when we have processed the return of goods and all losses and damages have been dealt with. Further invoices and/or credits will appear in your invoice history if applicable. 

 

Security Deposits

Any security deposits will be returned when all the goods are safely returned to our stock.

Stock Shortages

If for some reason we do not have the goods you have ordered on the dates you require, we will advise you when we send our confirmation with suggested alternatives and liaise with you on how you wish to proceed.
